Is your production approved?
Yes, our production is approved by a decision of the Public Health Authority and the State Veterinary and Food Administration of Slovak republic. All manufacturing and packaging processes comply with the HACCP quality system.
How long does production and delivery take?
The delivery date is always determined before production begins. The client can track the order processing progress through our own application, to which they will be granted access.
Can I supply my own raw materials?
Yes, you can supply them to us. We will handle the production of the final product according to your requirements. A valid Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be provided for all raw materials and packaging.
Do you manufacture under the customer’s own brand?
Yes, according to your requirements, we provide complete production under your own brand (Private Label), including the supply of raw materials, packaging, graphic design, and legislative support.
Do you also offer custom product development?
Yes, we provide custom product development services in accordance with the client’s requirements. The development includes formulation design as well as the production of samples for approval and testing purposes.
What are your minimum order quantities?
It all depends on the type of product and packaging. Our modern facility allows us to produce even in smaller quantities. For information regarding minimum order quantities, please contact us.
Do you also provide graphic design services?
Yes, we also offer graphic design services according to the customer’s requirements using modern graphic editors. Upon completion, the graphic design becomes the property of the client.
Do you also provide storage services?
We provide safe and reliable storage of raw materials for our clients. We also offer the option of storage in refrigerated facilities at a temperature of 2–8 °C.
