HARD CAPSULES
Hard capsules are most commonly used for dietary supplements when it is necessary to take an active ingredient in a small amount. These capsules are primarily used for powdered and granulated products, but can also be utilized for oil-based products.
Hard capsules consist of two interlocking parts – the capsule can also be opened. We offer filling of powdered, granulated, and liquid products into hard vegetable and animal capsules of various sizes and colors. All capsules are certified (GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, ISO, NON GMO, HACCP) and do not contain TiO2.
Types of hard capsules we produce ▼
• Vegetable Capsules (HPMC) – made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, suitable for filling with powdered and granulated products.
• Animal Capsules (HGC) – made from 100% bovine gelatin, suitable for filling with powdered and granulated products.
• Enteric-coated Capsules – special capsules with controlled release, made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
• Liquid Capsules – made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, designed for oil-based liquid products.

SOFTGELS
Softgel capsules (soft gelatin capsules) are a common form of dietary supplements or medications, where the active ingredient is enclosed in a soft gelatin shell. They are used for liquid ingredients that cannot be processed into tablets or hard capsules. Softgels are made from gelatin, water, glycerin, or sorbitol.
We manufacture softgel capsules according to specific customer requirements, meaning the customer specifies the desired capsule composition. Softgels can be produced in various sizes and shapes, including vegan options. Since the production of softgel capsules involves a technologically more complex process, manufacturing in small quantities is not feasible.
