Filling materials into a capsule is mostly used for nutritional supplements, when it’s necessary to get an effective substance to organism in a small amount. Easy and comfortable application and maintenance of biological nutrition protection are the advantages of capsules.

Hard capsules

We offer filling materials into hard vegetable and animal capsules. Vegetable capsules (HMPC) are used most commonly, since they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. These capsules consist of two fit-in parts – the capsule can be opened. These capsules can be filled by loose materials.

Size of a capsule: 0, 1 (standard size 0)
Colour: depends on our customer’s requirement (most commonly transparent, since the internal content is visible)
Weight of capsule content: filling of capsules is based on the volume of material (product) – mostly between 200-1000mg

Process of capsule packaging:
1) You deliver us your product and specify your requirements
2) according to your requirements, we measure the volume of your product that can be filled in a capsule
3) we’ll produce the first testing sample, which we’ll send you
4) after approving of the sample and project confirming, we will launch the packaging
